Edge margin is from the bottom (Lower) or the top (Upper). Safe width keeps the graphic clear of the button rail.

Descript gives ProRes 4444 — render.mov.
Premiere gives QuickTime Animation, straight RGBA — render-premiere.mov. Bigger file, but Premiere can't misread the alpha and drop a black box behind it.
